Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy typically allows 14 days from receipt for returns. For December 2023 purchases, we're extending this to a 30-day return window, offering more flexibility for your holiday shopping.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Swedish customers wishing to return an item should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted.
For returns from outside Sweden, customers are responsible for shipping the items back at their own expense. Please use a traceable shipping method and send to:

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Underwear and swimwear can not be returned after unpacking.
Note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
