You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order through our return portal.

After registering your return, you’ll receive a QR code. Simply show this code at your chosen service point, and they will print the return label for you. Please remember that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanging an item is free of charge.

Please note that returns are subject to a fee, which will be shown when you register your return through our return portal.

If your items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to our Guarantee Policy below for further instructions.

When returning a product not covered by the Guarantee Policy, please ensure that:

• The product is in the same condition as when delivered.
• The product has not been used, though you may carefully open the package and inspect the item. Products damaged during inspection will not qualify for a return.
• The product is returned in its original packaging. For garments, please refold them as received to avoid damage during shipping and facilitate our assessment.
• A copy of the original packing slip, your Return Number, name, and contact details are included.
