These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Acqua Limone Creator Program (“Program”), operated by Acqua Limone AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Creator”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and any future updates thereof.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to approval by Acqua Limone. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18).
  
• Have an active and public social media account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar).
  
• Reside in a country where Acqua Limone operates and can ship products.
  
• Accept and comply with these Terms at all times.
  

We may revoke your participation at any time if you fail to comply with these requirements.

As an approved Creator, you will:

• Receive an initial gift card (currently valued at 3,000 SEK) to order Acqua Limone products.
  
• Receive a personal affiliate link or code to track sales generated through your promotion.
  
• Earn 10% commission on verified sales made via your affiliate link.
  
• Earn cashback of 15 SEK per 1,000 verified views on Acqua Limone–specific content you post.
  - (Alternatively 30 SEK per 1 000 views when choosing to receive your payout as Acqua Limone vouchers – redeemable online or in-store.)
• Gain access to exclusive events, collaborations, and community benefits.

All payouts (cash or vouchers) are made monthly, and the choice of payment type can be adjusted before each payout period.

When you join the Acqua Limone Creator Program, you will receive a unique Creator Link. This link tracks the traffic and purchases you generate.

All qualified purchases made through your Creator Link will earn you a 10% commission, based on the final order value (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, and returns).

Commissions are only granted for:

• Orders completed using your Creator Link
  
• Orders that are not returned or cancelled
  
• Orders placed within the active tracking period defined by our system
  

Acqua Limone reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, misuse, returns, or technical abuse.

You may share your Creator Link on:

• Your social media channels
  
• Your website or blog
  
• Your newsletters
  
• Your content platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
  
• Direct communication with your audience
  

You may also use your Creator Link combined with your approved Acqua Limone creator code, provided that both follow our brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Creators may request banners, product images, or campaign assets from Acqua Limone. We are happy to provide approved marketing material.

Your personal Creator Link is what connects your content to the sales you generate.

Whenever you share Acqua Limone content — whether it’s a TikTok video, an Instagram story, a YouTube review, a blog post, or a direct message to your audience — you should include your Creator Link.

When someone clicks your link and completes a purchase, you automatically earn 10% commission on all qualifying sales.

The Creator Link:

• Identifies you as the referring creator
  
• Tracks every click and order from your audience
  
• Ensures you get paid correctly
  
• Works across all platforms where your audience interacts with your content
  

By participating in the program, you help promote Acqua Limone and get rewarded for the purchases your content inspires.

If you don’t have a registered company (enskild firma, AB, etc.), there are two easy ways to participate in the Program — and to receive your earnings.

1. Choose vouchers 💛

The easiest and most rewarding option is to receive your monthly earnings as Acqua Limone vouchers, doubled in value.

For example, 1 000 SEK in earned commission = 2 000 SEK in vouchers, redeemable at acqualimone.com or in our physical stores.

This option requires no paperwork or invoicing and is perfect for creators who don’t have a registered business but still want to enjoy full participation in the program.

2. Use a self-employment service (Cool Company)

If you prefer to receive cash payments, you can still participate by using an umbrella employment service such as Cool Company.

Cool Company allows you to invoice Acqua Limone as a self-employed contractor while they handle your taxes, social fees, and insurance.

All payments from Acqua Limone must therefore be made either:

• To your registered company (with a valid VAT number), or
  
• Through a recognized self-employment service like Cool Company.
  

Acqua Limone cannot issue payments directly to private individuals without a valid tax setup.

You retain ownership of all content you create.

However, by participating in the Program, you grant Acqua Limone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, and feature your content across Acqua Limone’s marketing channels (social media, newsletters, website, paid advertising, etc.), with proper credit given.

• Affiliate commissions are based on the net sales (excluding VAT, discounts, returns, and shipping).
• View-based cashback is calculated based on verified impressions within 30 days of posting.
• Payments are issued monthly, approximately 15–30 days after the end of each month.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income earned through the Program.

Acqua Limone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
  
• Inappropriate or offensive conduct
  
• Misuse of affiliate links or fraud
  
• Inactivity (no qualifying content for two consecutive months)
  

You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us at collab@acqualimone.co.

Certain information provided to you by Acqua Limone (including upcoming launches, campaigns, or pricing details) may be confidential. You agree not to share or disclose such information without written permission.

Acqua Limone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Participation is at your own risk, and all products are provided “as is.”

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued participation after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.

Only content that meets the following criteria will qualify for view-based commission:

• The content must be original and created by the approved Creator.
  
• The post or video must have a clear Acqua Limone focus — the brand or product must be visibly featured or naturally integrated into the scene.
  
• The content must be published on the Creator’s public social media account (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube).
  
• Each post must tag @acqualimone and include #acqualimone or other campaign-specific hashtags provided by Acqua Limone.
  
• The content must remain live for at least 30 days after posting.
  
• Paid or artificially boosted views will not be counted; only organic views are eligible.
  
• Acqua Limone reserves the right to review all submitted content before confirming payout eligibility.
  

Only verified views from approved content are included in the monthly payout calculation.
