Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For returns from outside of EU, customers are responsible for shipping the items back at their own expense. Please use a traceable shipping method and send to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear if the hygiene liner has been removed.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to process the transaction.
