Refund policy

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order through our return portal.

Exchanges are free of charge for customers in Sweden and the EU.

Store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method is always free of charge, regardless of country.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method are subject to a fee, deducted from your refund: 69 SEK (Sweden), 99 NOK (Norway), 49 DKK (Denmark), 12 EUR (rest of EU). Customers outside the EU are responsible for arranging their own trackable return shipment.

After registering your return or exchange, you'll receive a QR code. Simply show this code at your chosen service point, and they will print the label for you. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

If your items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to the Guarantee Policy in our Terms & Conditions for further instructions.

When returning a product not covered by the Guarantee Policy, please ensure that:

• The product is in the same condition as when delivered.
• The product has not been used, though you may carefully open the package and inspect the item. Products damaged during inspection will not qualify for a return.
• The product is returned in its original packaging. For garments, please refold them as received to avoid damage during shipping and facilitate our assessment.
• A copy of the original packing slip, your Return Number, name, and contact details are included.

International customers (outside the EU) must arrange their own return shipment to the following address:
