These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Acqua Limone Creator Program (“Program”), operated by Acqua Limone AB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Creator”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and any future updates thereof.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to approval by Acqua Limone. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18).
  
• Have an active and public social media account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar).
  
• Reside in a country where Acqua Limone operates and can ship products.
  
• Accept and comply with these Terms at all times.
  

We may revoke your participation at any time if you fail to comply with these requirements.

As an approved Creator, you will:

• Receive an initial gift card (currently valued at 3,000 SEK) to order Acqua Limone products.
  
• Receive a personal affiliate link or code to track sales generated through your promotion.
  
• Earn 10% commission on verified sales made via your affiliate link.
  
• Earn cashback of 15 SEK per 1,000 verified views on Acqua Limone–specific content you post.
  
• Gain access to exclusive events, collaborations, and community benefits.
  

Commissions and view-based payments are calculated monthly and paid out via bank transfer or another approved method. All payouts are subject to applicable tax laws and reporting requirements.

By joining the Program, you agree to:

• Create and post at least two (2) brand-specific content pieces per month.
  
• Tag @acqualimone and include #acqualimone or other approved hashtags.
  
• Follow the Acqua Limone brand guidelines (tone, aesthetic, and representation).
  
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward the brand and its community.
  
• Disclose all sponsored or affiliate relationships clearly in accordance with applicable advertising laws (e.g., “#ad” or “#sponsored”).
  

All content must reflect Acqua Limone’s values of quality, authenticity, inclusivity, and positivity. Offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of all content you create.

However, by participating in the Program, you grant Acqua Limone a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, and feature your content across Acqua Limone’s marketing channels (social media, newsletters, website, paid advertising, etc.), with proper credit given.

• Affiliate commissions are based on the net sales (excluding VAT, discounts, returns, and shipping).
• View-based cashback is calculated based on verified impressions within 30 days of posting.
• Payments are issued monthly, approximately 15–30 days after the end of each month.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income earned through the Program.

Acqua Limone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
  
• Inappropriate or offensive conduct
  
• Misuse of affiliate links or fraud
  
• Inactivity (no qualifying content for two consecutive months)
  

You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us at collab@acqualimone.co.

Certain information provided to you by Acqua Limone (including upcoming launches, campaigns, or pricing details) may be confidential. You agree not to share or disclose such information without written permission.

Acqua Limone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Participation is at your own risk, and all products are provided “as is.”

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued participation after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.
